Location: Not from Baltimore Rep Power: 6  | OTM Nav I just started at a site that has an 11C with OTM Navigator 2.1 - I am not too familiar with this site yet and still getting up to speed- Have not used OTM before. I programmed a 61C a few years back and didn't use any of the GUI tools. My current issue is CDR data and when I turn on a live session from OTM-DBA for traffic and CDR -it crashes the system. Current calls are fine but no DT to call out. Live session of Traffic works fine until I add CDR. I am still going through the OTM books but I followed step by step with same results. Any ideas why the system crashes? CALL SERVER/MAIN CAB VERSION 2121 RELEASE 3 ISSUE 00+ IN-SERVICE PATCHES : 20 LOADWARE VERSION: PSWV 88 | ||||||||

Location: Vatican City Rep Power: 4 Gender:  Country:  | do you have a PCMCIA card in slot "B" of your SSC card??? if not Nortel requires one... so the SSC flash drive doen't fill up and STOP call processing.. when you STAT BUF in LD 117 is CDR and TRF enabled?? | ||||||||

Location: Not from Baltimore Rep Power: 6 | No card in either slot on the SSC Card. and stat buf CDR DIS TRF ENL STN DIS I can't find my book with LD 117 so I can only assume that CDR is disabled and that is part of my problem. And explains why traffic works. And DEPLIST are you referring to the installed patch list? I currenlty have 20 patches - if you need I can post that list. Thanks for the help. | ||||||||
