Rep Power: 0 ![]() | SIMPLE FIX??? First off this site is a great resource for info and I offer my thanks to all that support it . Has anyone experienced a problem with a agent's name missing from either the agent performance report or a duplicated version of this report ? I have one agent that when you run a performance report her name is not displayed , her login ID is shown but not the name . All of the other agent names for this supervisor apperar on the report but not this one ( maybe she is a secret agent :laugh: ) ) . I have deleted the agent's user account and rebuilt it several times but still no name . In the report properties the option for "agent name " is the option picked . We are running SCCS 4.0 on the Nortel NT box and the 4.0 client on WIN2000 PCs . All machines have the lastest PEPs installed . Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated !! Thanks , | ||||||||

Location: Kansas Rep Power: 6 ![]() | A little story Foneman, I have run into similar problems when I was running SCCS 3.0. When I upgraded, the problems I had with missing intervals and names missing disappeared. So are you duplicating a report and then selecting certain agents for the report? If so, on the selection criteia tab when you have duplicated the report, are you seeing her name to select on the report? This sounds very silly but I have seen where agents have been deleted from the user database, however, they are still able to log in. I would confirm that she is still in the user database... Location: New Jersey Rep Power: 6 ![]() | ox32 4.1 losing programming I had this problem with Symposium 4.0 we ran a database check a it cleared up this issue. Location: Gulf Coast Rep Power: 5 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | A little story I agree with fonchick - We have Symposium 3.0 and when duplicating a report and selecting the Agent Criteria it seems you can't mix and match... For example: If you select 20 agents by Agent Name and (1) agent by Agent ID in the same report - you will not see tha Agent name for the lone Id you selected. I always keep the criteria based on one or the other [Agent Name] or [Agent Id]. Rep Power: 0 ![]() | ACD for Telethon? Thanks for the reply . I have checked the user db user is setup . I have deleted the user and rebuilt several times without success . The report is configured properly will all agents being selected by name only . I will investigte the database check since I have a outage scheduled for next week for some other PM . Not a show stopper just another weird issue . Thanks | ||||||||

Location: Bangalore Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Symposium Call Center Express 2.0 Have u configured the agents name with any Apostrophes,special characters? For EG: d'souza Be careful not to use any speacial character as agent names.Also try generating the reports by Login IDs so that u dont miss on his login hours... Onemore suggestion would be to have a proxy ID created, monitor it and if that works , simply replace the name with the agent name u have in ur list. | ||||||||
