THE AFFAIRS
When I dial from an external number into our call pilot phantom dn for my dial by name app I can push any button on the keypad and it says "That name was not recognized" Internally it works just fine...any ideas?

Check your settings under SDN where it says Callback Dialing RPL and treat callback number as......

How do you have those setup?
