Cool Speed Call HELP

Originally we had a system speed call list set one of our tech's deleted list zero!
I went back and added the whole list which took about thirty minutes.I did a new SCL list with LSNO 0 and added all the numB ers back in.
The problem is when I go to add a new phone and put the ssu 0000 while building it I get this
err SCH3112
Attempted to assign a System Speed Call list number to a Speed Call list key or attempted to assign a Speed Call List number to a System Speed Call key.

ok,I believe I found out what I did wrong.I should have added the list as a SSC instead of SSL.I went in and added a SSC AND LIST 1 instead of the original SSL and list 0.
So,if I am correct I will have to delete the list of SSL and recreate all under a SSC.
All my previous 3905 and 3904 still can use the SysSpsUser key but just can't add the list 0 to any new phones.
Is it possible to move or copy the list from a SSL into a SSC.
Please let me know if I am headed in the right direction here.
