Hmmm thats interesting, always thought that FBA, FNA and SFA always sent the caller to the FDN configured, and not to the attended,

Never actually read that before...

For phone type, it came up as "MIX"

Analog is 500...forgot which one digital was.

Alright, I'll give it a shot.

EDIT - Didn't work. After I say yes to ECHG, I get ITEM lines. Thats where I would put FDN 7000 right? Or did I goof and put in the wrong ports or somethin?

FDN on a 500 is a feature, so try this

ITEM FTR FDN 7000

On a digital phone ITEM would be

ITEM FDN 7000, this will only work if you have a CLS that allowd FDN...

SO..

ITEM CLS FNA HTA
ITEM FDN 7000

This might apply to 500's aswell.. i cannot remember offhand! The nortel will not allow you to have a FDN if the Class of Server (CLS) is not correct.

the default class of service is FND and HTD.. so always check.. let us kno if you come right!
