Missing agent name on SCCS report

What defines the system operator. If I pick up a 500 or 26?? set and dial 0. What tells the PBX (Option 11c) ring what TN?

Password recovery on an Option 11

WHAT YOU HAVE 0 DEFINED FOR CAN BE ACD, ATT. GO TO LD 20 AND PRT DN 0

Norstar_Plus Modular ICS Install

I found that DN 0 is an ATT. ACD's are found in load 23 but where is an ATT defined at.

System Operator

Attendant Consoles, ATT, are found in LD 12. If you do make any changes to this TN be sure to print the TN out before you make any changes. When you dial 0 that is a DN and it is assigned to your Attendant Counsole.

Good Luck and remember to print the TN for your ATT,

John

When you printed the DN of 0, did it give you any TN? If it did, this would be the TN of your attendant console.
If it did not give you any TN, it would mean the 0 was pragramed as the ATDN in the customer data block, but there are no consoles defined. If this is the case, it would route you to the NITE number defined in the customer data block when you dialed 0.
