Cool Can/do Nortel IP Phones mark/re-mark QoS from attached devices ?

Can/do Nortel IP Phones mark/re-mark QoS from devices attached to the switchport (PC's to be precise) or are the markings trusted and forwarded to the switch/network ?

If so/not how is this configured ? From the keypad ? By default ?

What are the QoS markings set to ?

Thanks in advance.
