Got a bit of a problem. I have two extensions and one DID that needs to ring on both exts. I thought I could just go into LD 49 and do a CHG but apparently it only saves the last ext-DID change.

How can I get the DID to ring on both exts?

chg the ext give them a mcr key with the did on f.ex. key 1 and chg key 0 on the ext that have the ext today to another ext

Just put the same ext. (the one the DID is mapped to in LD 49) on both phones.

Can't Change a key on their phones b/c they are using a "standard house phone". Also they must have different extensions, they can't have the same ext.

Have you considered using group hunt? That way they can each keep their individual extensions, and the "DID" can hunt to both of them, also doesn't need the keys changed..
