Cool Caller Display

Hi, I have an opt81 w/3.0. When using the display key to see the caller I.d. info wile I am on the phone, I am only getting part of the number the person is calling from then my DN. i have turned on and off everything in my cls to no prevail. is there somewhere in the cdb or cpnd that controls the number of digits displayed?

CLID is controlled by your CLID tables, and what you dial will match what is programmed in your CDP and/or ESN data. CPND being sent over the DCH is controlled in the RCAP settings of the DCH. Are you using NI-2?

MJ, Actually I have not had any time to mess with it, However I did put a 3904 there just for grins, and it worked. Only the caller I.D. info came up, no DN. With the 2616 I get the last 5 of the caller I.D. info and then the DN that is being called.

when you make a 911 call from opt 11 and the number that appears
at the 911 operator is different than the one at the business.how do correct it.

You should ask about this as a new thread to get replyes. After saying this have you looked at your CLID table regarding this number?
