TGAR restricts or allows access to specific trunk groups (trunk group access restrictions)

If the TGAR on the set matches a TARG of the route data block, the set is denied access to that route if you dial the ACOD for the route.
If TGAR and TARG match, it will also block access going through BARS/NARS if it is specified in the ESN block.

Yup, that's the thing...I am able to dial international...our NCOS is the same..the only difference between his line and mine is I have a 3903 and he has a 3902 phone. Class features match for the most part - for his model and mine. I'm stumped. heh heh

If these printouts are not from the same PBX it doesn't help much. Is there someone in his PBX that can dial international. If so, include a printout of his phone.

The NCOS and BARS setup can be entirely different between the two PBX's even if they have the same NCOS it doesn't mean that he can dial the same areas.
