Question OTM question

I have a small issue that I hope some of the talented folks here can shed some light on for me.
I have an OTM v2.10, I have an issue where all of our admin passwords expire in a week's time without ever prompting me to change them beforehand. Is there a way to change the amount of time in which the passwords expire.
I stumbled on the help topics and I don't know if the help files are not up to date but I don't have "Password Options" under the security tab that is mentioned in step 1.

From OTM Help Topics:
"Changing password options

You can control the password length, expiration period, and maximum login attempts permitted for login passwords.

To change password options:

1 Choose menu Security > Password Options.
2 In the Minimum Length field, type the minimum number of characters each password must contain.
3 In the Expiry field, type the number of days that a password remains valid before OTM expires the password. If you do not want passwords to expire, check the Never Expires box.
4 In the Maximum Login Attempts field, type the number of failed logins allowed before OTM prevents a user from further login attempts. If you want to allow unlimited login attempts, click the Unlimited Attempts box.

5 Click OK. "

Don't use OTM anymore so can't remember all the options.Look for users options and see if there is a password option there.I believe that is where you setup your login options such as local user,LDAP and so on .Sorry can't remember if this correct or not.
