Please help!
i have a phone problem of: when calling an extension, there is no ringing sound on the phone where you're placing a call, however, the extension you are calling is ringing. This is for all extensions.
I have option 11C rls 24.25

How will i fixed this?

If the extensions are analog check your Ring generator Card !

ringback doesn't come from the ring generator, just ring current

I had experienced in a 11C system running in call centre environment, all TDS circuits used up due to busy call centre calls and caused the same problem.
