Rep Power: 0 ![]() | 2250 Console I am having a problem with CDR. All of the station calls show up just fine, but the attendant consoles do not. I check calls using the system data, and the consoles are not showing up there either, so it has to be a programming problem in the switch. It is an opt 81c. I know how to turn on cdr but I am having this problem. If any bibody can help solve this I would really appreciate it. thanks John | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I have checked the raw files, the consoles do not show up right. On key 0, it is programed as BVR. My cdr program works by picking the calls on key 0 on all of the phones here. Is that my problem why cdr data is not showing right. thanks John | ||||||||

N 061 00 T060085 ATTN01 06/09 08:51 00:00:54 But you won't see CDR for calls that the attendant transfers to another phone or to an outside line. You will only see it when the call terminates at the console. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | John, Do you mean you cannot find any CDR data even the call is orginated from the M2250 but CDR is working fine for calls from extension ?? As I cannot find any configuration prompt on CDR for M2250 from NTP (553-3001-350), i think it is not configurable. Hence yours system may get other probelm rather than configuration issue. | ||||||||
