No answer disconnect

how can i disconnect a call after certain rings....if there is no answer, right now the ext keeps on ringing if there is no answer.
the querry is for cs1000m cabi running rls 4.5

Is it a trunk lines r internal calls?
If trunk lined means PRI, BRI or what type

its for both internal and external calls
our trunk is pri and the extension is with in did level.......

Internal Calls also....did u have the FDN? the Voice mail system was working fine......and also see in the CLS CRA or CRD

JA how can disconnect calls after certain rings through CRA/CRD?? I wants also calls to disconnect after 6 rings. System is 61c RLS 4.5 having callpilot 4.0
.

FDN means Forward DN... r u using any Voice mail system, like meridian mail or call pilot r 3rd party?

i dont use any FDN (forward no answer dn to any vmail or callpilot). i just want the phone to be disconnected after certain number of rings (say 6 rings).
after six rings if there is no answer then the call should be disconnected by the system. (for external call or internal call....)

Try printing your MPO_DATA in LD 21.
Try changing the response behind RGNA to DIS or DAR.
You can find the information in LD 15.
