A Good Year

On... The... Nosey!!! Ace is right. I would remove 1877 from the NPA and put it with the other SPN's. This way, in the future you will have everything together and you won't have to hunt for things.

Norstar Remote Software Connections

Adding 1877 as an SPN didn't work. I was still not able to get my meridian mail to send me a voice mail notification. I now saw a throttle message printed out on my printer but I don't have it with me to write out. As soon as I get another message like that I will try to write out. If anyone knows anything about what a throttle message has to do with remote notification please let me knowl

Call Forward No Answer, Second Level.... need more detail.

Did you make the RLI 0 or 1? It needs to be 0 (zero) It needs to be the same as the other SPN 18xx

show us the printout of SPN 1877

trunk parameter definition - Nortel

Is it possible that your other SPN's are built in AC2?

He showed SPN 1888 as RLI 0, so I'm "assuming" it was in AC1.

what went wrong - help!

I don't believe it is an AC2. I think I would have run into this before if it were. I gues it could be though since I didn't design this switch. Yes I did specify the RLI as 0 just as the others. I tried enabling as an SPN and an NPA and neither worked. I will try this again to see if I can get a print out of the throttle message so that you can see if that is also related. In the mean time since I want to get this solved I just gave the person an 888 pager and they are happy for the moment.

Send a message via Yahoo to fizzywig
aspect script won't capture entire history report

Go into the mail box and at the Remote Notification schedules under "more detail" use Callback&Callback Number then in the Pager Call Back # put in the extension # or the Mail #. I just recreated the SEERs code you posted with my own RN box. The very same code was giving and the Pager call back # was the only thing I remove. The call back # can only be up to 8 digits(NTP's)

If the number can only be 8 digits then how can you explain how all the other 800 numbers are dialable? I am not understanding your steps here... Are you telling me that in the pager call back number you put in a 4 digit internal extension and you were able to get a page on your page just by using that? Sounds a bit more complicated then I want to get into with this problem. That tells me that there is another feature I need to use in order for this to work. I am not sure how the 4 digit internal extension would work anyway unless you had remote call forwarding enabled on the phone and the phone was forward to the pager number while they were out. Even in that case it is not able to press the digit needed to send the remote page... Please clarify.
