Cool SCH3765 while trying to OUT an ACD
A user with a 2616 had an ACD DN as key 0 because they needed to be monitored by a supervisor. Now we're trying to convert said ACD DN to a SCR key (the user is no longer required to be under supervision), but everytime we try to OUT the ACD we get a SCH3765. According to my I/O guide it says I have to remove target tables associated with it. Where and how can I achieve that?

For what? The supervisor's phone has an agent listen key, but it's used for all agents.
