Hi

Anybody done one of these, did you experiance any problems that i should be aware of? New SSC shipped for the Option 11c. Will be doing backup of old database to pcmcia, shutting down system, replace hardware and load the Succession software, then restore backup..

Never done an upgrade from such an old version of software

Also upgrading the clients voicemail from 11 to 13.. Card Option.. but that should be no problem.

I just finished upgrading two different systems without any issues. The only major change to remember is that 4.5 requires login names so after the upgrade you have to type in either admin1 or admin2 depending what level password you are using.

Yeh thanks for that.. would have forgotten that..

Upgrade was succesful.. of the PBX.. but mail not so good.. ended up reloaded the whole of mail and spending 16hrs at the client when it should have been like 4 / 5 hours

What caused the problem with Mail?
