We have an OPT81c connected to Alcatel S1240.As S1240 can only accept NO.7 signaling, there is an PRI to No.7 signaling convertor card in OPT81C side.All trunks always became locked with one month and only can be fixed by reset or Plug in-out the signaling convertor card,the ERR in OPT81C is ERR9032.By the way the higher traffic would cause this problem serious. Can anybody help me in dealing this fault as our cusotmer considering Nortel switch have problem. Thanks a lot!!

If it is fixed by plug in-out of the signaling converter card, so that box has the problem.

The best way is work hand-in-hand with the programmer of that box.

We checked the data and found just B-channels was locked and the D-channel should be ok. Could you give some hint. Thanks!

Yeah I know only B-channels were locked because of ERR9032. But sometimes in troubleshooting you will find the solution far from what you are concentrating.

What is DCH's IFC, CNEG, etc...?

By the way, we once upgarde the programme of the converter card but the problem happened more serious after that. SO we downgrade the programme again.
We heard there is a patch of nortel for fixing the ERR9032.
Is that can fix this problem

We still are handling this intractable problem.Does any one can give some help??? There is an upgrade from OPT81c to cs1K of this system, what should we do????
