| Senior Member   | Call Pilot 1.07 not acquiring my fax cdn Alex, The Definition of a "Terminated" Call is as follows. Any call that is first treated by Symposium but the call gets answered by something other than an agent in a skillset. For example a general Delivery mailbox. A night bell. etc etc For more information on what certain fields are you can look in the Symposium Historical Data Reporting Guide you can get your answers quicker that way.. or you can just ask us  __________________ Excuse me Sir.
