Unhappy Meridian Mail Voice Services

I'm trying to set up a voice menu system

I've set up an ACDN

In Meridian Mail I've went into Voice Services Administration
1 Voice Services- DN Table
Using the DN of the ACDN I've associated it with service MS 5007

I've then went into 6 Voice Menu Definitions
Added 5007
I can put in all the details but when I need to create a greeting I press F9 for voice and Im prompted Enter a phone number in dialable format.
whatever number I put in be it my extension number or an external number I get the same message
Unable to connect call. Unexpected return code is 10903.

I can't find this error code in my NTP's anywhere and without the voice message the menu wont work

Any advice would be appreciated

Look at your VSDN table. You will find a number that has an association with PM, prompt maintenance. From a quiet phone, call that number, enter 5007, then enter the password that you programmed for the MS. This will gain you entry to the service and you can then press 5 to record, # to stop, and 2 to listen to your recording. If you hate it, you just press 5 again, and record over the top of the last one.

I don't ever use that option in MerMail. It always looked cool but, my desk or the switch room just are not good places to record things... too noisy.
