Is there a way to monitor and captue incomming calls to a specific DID? The customer is looking to see usage to their main DID in hopes of using a voice rec. system...

Sure, using CDR records, and a 3rd party software to decifer and put it in a report. The Option series does not have a built in reporting feature. They want you to buy Optivity telephony Manager

Look in the OTM manual (helmsman), it has a procedure for setting it all up, right down to the PBX, settings. You need an open TTY port on the PBX, You can take the TTY output straight into the OTM( I've never set this up), Most folks use a CDR buffer box of some kind. Then poll the records.
