ITG Error codes

Someone have experienced with manage ALARMs in op11C, using a Software for capture the records (in a serial port/TTY) filtered in LD 117 ? If yes, could send me the software?
I would like to send an e-mail or other type of message to the support guy every time an specific ALARMs be generated.
I donīt know if the Ehernet port of M1 send SNMP packets, could be another way to receive a ALARM.
Someone help me. Please!
Thanks in advance.

Initialization

We use a SEB with a central IRIS system to page us with the actual
error messages coming out of the PBX.
Your vendor may be able to set this up for you.

Oddity in MICS/CICS?

OTM alarm notification should work.

Time of Day control

Thanks guyīs, but I would like another ways to manage the alarms, without MAT or OTM.
mrmike, I donīt know what is SEB and IRIS either. Is a page operator? (Sorry, I`m brazilian).
Iīm able to configure this in M1, but i donīt know how i send the alarm (from a TTY or ELAN) to anther systems (page, cellphone, e-mail, etc). My problem is in the software.
Thanks.

Companion Phone Constantly Rings

I think you can setup the alarms in ld 117 as snmp notification
I also believe there is software programs out there that will
accept the snmp messages and page, email, etc the person(s) responsible.

I have never attempted to implement this solution.
