Thumbs down DTR Card Programming.

Hi all System is 61c rls 4. I have programmed all DTR card with TYPE=DTR. Can i also programmed DTR cards with TYPE=XTD?? wat effect XTD could cause on syste. Can i also programmed Type=XTD in 11c and 81c.??

type=xtd is used to program the tone detector card and not dtr card.

But at one site(remote site) previously DTR card was setuped with TYPE=DTR, it was creating lot of BUG errors and some times dead analog set. It is now changed and DTR card are setuped now with TYPE=XTD, with no BUG Errors ar coming. System is 81c RLS=3. The guys over there says nortel recommended to change it to Type=XTD.
