| Junior Member |  CallPilot, Block Incoming Messages Hi, We are running Callpilot 4 and have a mailbox set to not allow messages to be recorded Block Incoming Messages: Never Block Message Call Handling: Disconnect caller after greeting The users greeting is played but after the greeting callpilot also plays "The owner of this mailbox is not accepting messages at this time " Then the call is dropped Is there anyway to stop callpilot playing "The owner of this mailbox is not accepting messages at this time " Thanks |

| Junior Member | OK no probs. I will do that. For some reason the client was under the impression that it never used to play the "The owner of this mailbox is not accepting messages at this time " message.. They must have never listened to the full message. Thanks for that.. |
