Unable to call specific number.
Trace information is shown below. Using the same set and dialing both numbers the same way, the first call does not complete but the second one does even though both are within same area code. And both NXX's are programmed to use the same RLI. What is happening and how do I correct it?

This is the first number you dialed:

DIAL DN xyz9546888 ( I see this as 9-1?95-468-88 )

And this is the second:

DIAL DN 91xyz2706063 ( I see this as 9-1???-270-6063 )

It looks to me that your missing some digits on the first number.

John, thanks for the reply, I appreciate it. I agree that it does appear that there are digits missing from the first number that was dialed but both numbers were dialed correctly and in the exact same way: "9-1-area code-number". For some reason, the PBX appears to be stripping the "9-1" digits from the first call or, at least, is only "seeing" and processing what is shown. I have tried this using multiple sets with the same results.

Print out the Npa/Nxx of both calls in LD 90 and see what RLI you are sending the call to.
