Console - Unable to transfer calls

Good Morning,

The day started out with a call from the reception telling me that she was unable to page or transfer any calls.

I have reset the console and she is able to page but still unable to transfer any calls.

When she hits the transfer key, she gets a loud buzzing on the headset. I have placed a call to my vender to have the issue fixed, but my question is....can she use the spre codes to transfer the call manual from the console and how does she do it.

Is this an attendant console?

On an attendant console: When you say transfer key - you mean after he/she answers the caller - he/she begins dialing the extension (I ask this because there isn't a 'Transfer' Key) on an attendant console.

Or is this a set?

If so what type of set and can you post the TN..

Problem solved....the second tn for the 2250 console was disabled!!!!!
