Question Meridian training question

I've been working on our system for the last 6 months without any real training except from what the local phone techs have been kind enough to share with me. I've finally convinced my employers after many months and a lot less hair that I need to be sent for training. Here's the problem. What courses do I enroll in? I know enough now to be very very dangerous. I'd also like to be able to sit down in a meeting with the reps and not look like an idiot when they start spitting out jargon that I haven't learned yet especially when my employers turn around and ask "what do you think about it?" .
Here's what I know. I can add/change/move any new digital programming from scratch with my eyes closed now. Wire moves don't scare me. 2250 consoles are easy. I've been able to build with help and advice creating ACD queues. Routing trunk groups are a little new but I've figured those out.
What's next? I think I need a class to at least go over the stuff that I've been working with to make certain that I'm working in the right direction and also I'd like a class that would get me more familiar with the hardware. As well as make me more efficient. As it is I'm the only tech in my company that works on the PBX and I service around 650 units.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Jim
