Dropped Calls

hello, I got a call from one of our remote sites and they said they have had a couple of dropped calls. So I dialed into their PBX (11C, 25.3) and I noticed in LD 60 that the SLIPD # was up to over 700. I cleared them and they seem to be continuing. What could i check on my side, or does this sound more like a carrier problem? Could it be the CSU? Thanks

look at the T-1 on your side for slips

yes it could be carrier and csu and your side and the other side

look at clocking first on both sides

i checked the clocking and where it says "Clock Controller" it says DTI 061, my other 11C's say "Locked to Slot 2" or whatever card slot the T1 card is in. Is there a way to go about changing this? i guess it could still be a carrier or CSU issue though. I have a ticket open with the LEC but haven't hearrd back yet.

your clock is NOT tracking, it's in FREE RUN

to track on your primary

use TRCK PCK in LD 60
