Programming Help

We have 3 sites A,B and C all connected via DPNSS

Site A - Alcatel (can dial extension NOs via DPNSS Site to B)
Site B - Meridian Opt 11 (can dial extension NOs via DPNSS Site to A, needs programing to dial site C)
Site C - Meridian Opt 11 (needs programming for both sites A&B)

Sites A & B can dial each others extension numbers and it will dial it via the DPNSS circuit... Site B was programmed by BT. Site C has no programming at all.

Now i want to be able to program sites B & C to dial each others extension numbers via the DPNSS circuit....

I'm not an expert in programming but will give it ago... like i said Site B is half programmed to dial the Alcatels extensions so i can get info from it, I just need it to dial site C's range.... Site C needs programming for site A & B...

Can anyone guide me with what i can do?

BT want to charge me £55 call out, and £85 per hour minimum of 2hrs...
and i need 2 sites programmed!!! Not to mention another company being called out to the Alcatel switch to add site C's extension ranges.

Thanks for taking the time to read, hope it makes sense.

Cheers

How are the current sites that work configured to each other? Go to ld 87, print your cdps in those switches. Switch C may just need cdp's programmed, so when a user in switch c dials 5xxx, the cdp database sees 5xxx and knows to flow the call over route whatever.

So 2xxx, 3xxx, 4xxx & 5xxx all go out RLI 120.

100 goes out RLI 121.

Now go to LD 87 and print RLB 120 & 121 to confirm they have the routes you want.

You may want to download the manuals and start reading up on what your doing. Then you can just reference the manuals for the right commands and reference here when you need more info on set up and the design.

http://nortel.pbxinfo.com/index.php?...isplay&ceid=80

Start with these three:
I/O X11 Administration Guide
/O X11 System Messages Guide
I/O X11 Maintenance Guide

Ok that tells you that RLI 120 is pointed to your route 120. Go to ld 21 prt your rdb of 120. Also you can in ld 21 ltm, 120. This will give your the trunk members for that route.
