Location: India Rep Power: 3 ![]() | polycom sip ip4000 phone hai i am trying to configure the nrs (option 11 rls 4.5) to add a polycom (sip) ip4000 conference phone...it ended up in one way comm from the polycom phone to option 11 and the other way its not working from the 11 to polycom sip phone.does any one have tried this !.if u did, can u help me out . thanks in advance | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | If you want to have polycom conference IP phone, I can recommend you to use i2033 - it's a polycom soundstation working over UNISTIM. And you'll have no problems to connect it to your CS1000. If you still want to use SIP phone - you can try to find a special patch for SS, that allows registration of third-party devices. But I've some doubts that Polycom SIP phone will work correctly with CS1000 on rel. 4.5. But you can upgrade your CS1000 to rel 5 with SIP Proxy - it can help. | ||||||||
