Is it possible to drop an incoming call after a stipulated time in DID trunks?

Part 2 - Answers

Try configuring the Time Force Disconnect (TFD) timer in the Route Data Block. It is set in 30 second increments, up to one hour. Note that it will drop the call irrespective of the state - even if somebody is talking.

Program cable pinout config?

I can not use this timer:

SCH5016
The Timed Forced Disconnect timer is not applicable to this route
type.

Any other way?

monitoring & conference

The calls in our callcenter should not surpass 5 minutes. Then I want something that limit these calls.

It's possible?
