Octel routing problem

Strange problem after move,
We moved the Octel serenade 200 to the OPtion61 down the street, we moved it from an existing Option61 here, both PBX on same rls, matched up Customer database and config. CDP between PBX's. (worked great before move) the Octel and symposium are now on same PBX.
Problem:
Callers come into OCtel, choose single digit menu , routed to Symposium call center, the 2 sd choices are CDN in PBX. If callers want they can press 1 in Symposium to be routed to voice mail box. When routed back to vmail they get initial greeting instead of mailbox. We have 2 other SD menus that still work fine, only diff is they have a time check in front of them.

Only way I could get to mailbox was to call out and back in on SBC trunks.

Octel

Unfortunatly you lose the caller ID after the third transfer, you state that you transfer as follows:

1) call comes into PBX and transfers to Octel VM
2) Octel VM transfers to Symposium
3) Symposium transfers to PBX CDN
4) CDN transfers back to Octel VM

In order for you to retain orriginal called number ID you will have to cut down on amount of transfers.

Almost, i know I'm confused anyway
Call comes into PBX as a phantom 7276, fwd to 2999 Octel
IN 7276, OCTEL with a single digit menu
1 or 2 sends you to a CDN,5971 , 5972 which is in Symposium.
If they are busy or all logged out, sends back to OCTEL DN, but it goes back to the original DIALED DN 7276, instead of 5972. If it just went to the mailbox, that would be OK, But it plays the menu again instead.
