M2250 Console - Tone dial

Our recptionists have to book hotels etc but when they dial a number and are presented with a numbered menu option they cannot go any further due to the console not be tone enabled - can this be changed???

Cheers

EES key programmed on the console may fix your issue. End to End signalling allows the DTMF to be output.

Thanks for the reply....
It was already programmed so i can only presume that the receptionist has caught it by accident.

Cheers
