Rep Power: 3  Country:   | 3rd Party SIP Gateway register to Nortel Succession4.5 Hello. Have you guys ever bring 3rd party SIP gateway to register with Nortel CS1000. I get the box from Telco but it couldn't register to CS1000 directly. It has 1 error appear on the console which is "27/06/2006 16  43 LOG0003 tSPReg: spRegistrar (line 68 : Vendor [Telco Systems AC-211 v4.60.35] unknown" , so this make me think CS1000 NRS support for the same type of sever registation only. I don't sure whether my thought is correct. I want to share experience with someone who try the same way as mine. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 Country:  | 2 mai: CS1000 system has limitation for SIP gateway registration - only gateways from supported vendors could be registered using SIP protocol. The list of such gateways consist of 2 or 3 positions. And Telco Systems gateway is not supported - that's why you cann't register it on NRS. There are some workaround - may be your Nortel partner will be able to help you. But any way - I doubt that Telco's gateway will work with CS1000 over SIP. | ||||||||
