Rep Power: 4 ![]() | MWI Light keeps coming on! I have seen this posted several times but can't really find that anyone found an answer. On several, random phones we have folks getting a message waiting indication light but when they check voicemail they have no messages. It has happened every day this week. This past weekend we had a power outage and the phone system was on when I came in Monday morning but CallPilot was stuck. So, I rebooted Call Pilot and hoped that would solve the problem. It did not. I rebooted the entire switch last night and the problems are still happening this morning. It's like twice a day several people get a MWI light but no message! What is happening? We have an Option 11C, running Call Pilot. thanks!

It's a MIK key. When this is programed the person will press the key once, then enter in an extension, then press it again and a message light is turned on at the extension they dialed. There is also a message cancel key, MCK. If you have some grumpy people it's fun to light their light and then turn it off real fast. __________________ Fellas', I need more Cow Bell!

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | It is happening to the same extensions every day at the same time! It happens around 8 AM and then around 12 PM again. I am the only one who even knows how to login to the phone system so I really doubt that anyone has setup an MIK key. That was a new one for me- never heard of that. But, it is happening to about 8 people. Some of which are the big bosses around here! Any thoughts? Like I said before, this all started after a power outage last weekend.... Thanks for responding!

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | I am getting VAS008 and AUD370- do you think these messages could be a problem? I can't remember if I see them all the time or not! I think I do, but can't remember now. Thanks! AUD370: Data base of server {VAS ID (mine says 1 for the ID)} cannot be audited. The command and status link to the server is disabled. {VAS ID} Note: parameters in decimal. thanks!

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | I looked in my CallPilot event logs and have the following- this was after I did a reboot? Does this mean anything to someone out there? Rep Power: 4 ![]() | No, they aren't in a distribution list together. But, thanks! I found some more log information from my CallPilot while I was rebooting at 430 yesterday.
