Location: Lou, KY Rep Power: 9  Country:  | Need a Copy of and complete explanation of P-2004-0395-Global I need a thorough definition of FAT client, where this SP2 is loaded, etc. I have to be able to explain this to non-Telephony, non-Nortel staff members. If anyone has a copy of the bulletin that they can post or email, it would be appreciated. The more simplistic a picture you can draw the better.  rlc PS - Does anyone know if the User name ADMINISTRATOR is hardcoded in the applications? There was an error message that said a PEP did not load right because the USER was not logged in as ADMINISTRATOR. The User that was logged in was a Nortel tech and was logged in with an admin rights account. Thoughts? Experience?
