Is there a way in OTM to access/edit the databases thru Microsoft Access instead of going thru the station Administrator?

I know it should not be done, and is not remonded, but I would like to try it.

I'm not familiar with the database structure, but from what I've read it is running on a SQL database. With access you should be able to set up a system DSN and link to the OTM tables and change them that way. You need to have an understanding of SQL so that you don't mess stuff up.

I have done this with the TBS records. You can export the records using the (duh) export function in TBS. Then open the .mdb files with Access and build a suitable query. The access files for station admin are locked and cannot be opened but you can generate reports in station admnin then save them as .csv files then import them into Access. The stock reports are pretty good.

List of Call Forward Destinations???

The file is (used to be at least) in mdb format, but you will need to ever so secret database password. You will have a tough time finding someone with it, and a harder time finding someone to give it out! Yes I do, and no I won't!

Good luck! If you're resourceful enough, you may be able to break it.
