Conference Bridge Email Time Wrong

ICB 4.03.05
Option 61
Microsoft Outlook

We have our conference bridge setup to send email notifications when conference calls are created. The conference bridge card basically uses our email server to relay the notifications to the creator of the conference call.
The information about the time of the call is correct but there is an hour difference in the email as to when the email was sent and when it was received. For example, one of the emails say that it was received at 2:45 PM but also that it was sent at 3:45 PM. I can see that this problem started happening right around Daylight Savings Time but I can't find anywhere on the conference bridge to correct for this. Anybody else seeig this problem?

Thanks for your help Datadump, but I did as you said and that didn't work.
Here are the options that I get after I type 'sa'.

SYstem, PExp, EnableHebrew, GlobalBridge, DelGlobalBridge, GConf, BRidge,
EScript, Recorder, UEDit, ENCrypt, TimeZone, SDST, TDST, FWTM, BWTM, ISDAYLight, ?:

Is one of these options what I'm supposed to use?

I don't have access to the documentation on this level. Can you explain the difference between ISDAYLight and ISDAY? I can sort of guess but I would rather be certain.
