Question?

This is an all or nothing set up. If RCO 0, 1,2,3, are set for number of rings 1,2,3,4 then anyone that is RCO0 would have one ring before moving on, etc. We have ours set at RCO 0 = 4, 1=3, 2=2 and 3=1. These are configurable based on your sites specific needs.

Ringing Cycle Option

The default for all RCO's is 4
The default for phones is RCO 0

You should print all of your phone TNB and see how many phones are using each RCO, then you change the one with the least changes to make.

Almost every place I have worked RCO "0" is 4 rings, RCO "1" is 3 rings ECT

Amost every phone was the default of "0" and only a few phones where 3 or less.
