Location: UK Rep Power: 7      | POWER DOWN- help OK, been tinkering with le billing system because I've been instructed to set it up and have a few queries... (1) How do you create custom reports? (2) How do you change the default page properties? This could go hand in hand with the reports - the default page margins are screwy and cause each page to actually take up two. (3) The publish tick box in the corporate directory. I've not seen it make any difference to the billing system yet - it seems to work with, or without it ticked. However, my boss who has co-incidentally done both OTM & Billing System training courses insists it needs to be ticked. Bugger, since the corporate directory has about 2000 odd entries, and only a few will be ticked. I'm guessing this will be a direct SQL jobbie to update them :laugh: Does anyone have any input on this? Other than that, it works perfectly  Cheers guys! | ||||||||

Location: Chicago, IL Rep Power: 0 | intermittenet silent channels on enet card 1. At this time you could order customer reports from Nortel/Avotus for additional charge, approx 2,000.00 dolars. 2. I don't understand what do you mean margins are screwy. 3. Publish check box in the Employee Selector does not make a diference unles you are using LDAP servers. That box is used for synchronization between the LDAP and OTM | ||||||||
