Display problem on key 01 - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

Hi everyone!

I'm new here. I'm working for Fido in Montreal. Recently buy by Rogers Telecom. My PBX model is an Option 81C with succession 3 and call pilot.

My question

When I'm online with someone on my Key 00, and my second line key 01 ringing, I saw my name on the display, with the caller's DN... I've checked all my programation, CLS: DNDA,TDD,CNIA... There's a way to see the caller's name? Not my name!

How about the CLS of the party who is calling you, isn't have CNDD?

Yes! Everyone here has CNDA.

I saw the calling number. Internal or external but the display show my name. If it's an internal call, I want to see the callers name. If it's an external callers, I think should only see the number, but for now I saw my name and the phone number. Same has internal call

Set in CLS POA.
This will allow you to see the other caller's name when DN 01has a call and your on 00.

Try changing the CLS to DNDD.

(DNDD) Dialed Name Display Denied
DNDA Dialed Name Display Allowed
DNDA allows the display of the originally dialed DN’s
names on redirected calls. Name display applies to
M2317, M3000 or Meridian Modular telephones with
displays.
Must have Calling Party Name Display (CPND)
package 95. Must also have CLS = CNDA. CLS is
not DTA.

There's a way to change this CLS to all phones at the same time? Or I have to change it one by one?

I believe that if you use OTM, it can be done alot easier. If not, one at a time.

You could always purchase MerAssistant, and use the Global change on it.
