We have an 80# coming into the school here that you can dial extensions from. I would like to block certain extensions so I put them into every permission/restriction list I have and I can still dial them. Is there something I am missing? Thanks

Are you talking about them dialing through your voicemail system? HOw does your 800# work? The 800# comes into a Voice menu, Which permissions tables did you add them too? Also, You have to make sure you are using the correct table for the correct Thru Dial

i.e.
Switch
Local
Long Distance
International 1
International 2

If you thru-dial menu permissions is set to one of these that are not programmed with the correct perm/restc then you will be able to get out.

Check your Thru-Dial Definitions

In your Thru Dial definitions check to see what Restriction Permission is set to:

ie.

Restriciton/Permission Set: 2 List Name: Local

Then go in your admin and make sure that "Local" has the restricited number or range of numbers you want.
