can't free up DN

Guys, can anyone help with this as I am banging my head against the wall on this

I have a DN 7137 which was moved and went dead.

The TN was freed up but the DN wasn't.

When you dial the DN a bug message comes up on the screen.

Now though the phone seems to have attached itself to another already used TN 7 6 for DN 7342. I hope if I out'd the TN it would free up both but it only returned 7137 to its previous state.
I then recreated 7342 with 7 6 and 7137 reattached itself to it . Below is the out put of the screen
If anyone has any ideas I'd be grateful

It is really strange. Try to do EDD, then LD 1, then LD 44 R 2. Maybe it might helps.

Possible data corruption for sure. As Tomas has suggested, I would run a template audit from LD 1, but be careful. If your switch does a lot of processing during normal working hours, I would recommend waiting until COB or at a slower call time. The last 2 times I ran a template audit, the switch INI'd and just recently, it reloaded.

Are you sure you haven't been playing with Automatic Set Relocation?

That is a strange one.

Questions:
When you DNB this set, does it show up on only one TN?
When you out that TN, perform another DNB on that number does it show up on another phone?

Is your switch an option 11?
Look in to performing a template audit and possibly a Sysload (AFTER HOURS).

You could also attempt to set Key 0 on TN 7 6 to NUL in an attempt to remove the DN. Or renumber Key 0 on TN 7 6 to something else.
