Location: Dallas, Texas Rep Power: 5 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Turning Off a Call Pilot System prompt. How do I turn off Call Pilot announcing the mailbox number? I have symposium pointed to a mailbox so when someone calls in on an 800 # and gets tranferred to the queue if no one is logged in it says "Mailbox xxxx" then it gives the mailbox recording. How/Where do I turn off it giving the mailbox number. Location: Dallas, Texas Rep Power: 5 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hey John, Here is the deal, I am migrating a menu from Meridian Mail to Call Pilot. In Symposium it was set up like: GIVE IVR XXXXX (Old Voicemail) The new one I set up a script variable: GIVE IVR XXXXX (New Call Pilot DN) with Treatment ABC_Treatment1 and treatment sends the Queue number. 5555 If they are not logged in it should go right into Voicemail like an express message for 5555. But its doing the announcing thing then sending them on over. "Mailbox 5555" then the message. I don't believe the greetings are recorded but is their a way to turn it off so it doesn't announce the mailbox or go right to the greeting? It worked in Meridian Mail so I think there is a configuration issue somewhere. Also I created a SDN 5555 which goes to a menu that just points 5555 to express message 5555 and I am thinking that has something to do with it. I thought if I put the mailbox number in script variables Treatment it woudl send it to CP and Call Pilot would know it was a mailbox and send it right into the box. Isn't that how it is suppose to work? __________________ -=Welcome to PBXInfo=- -Become a PBXInfo Supporter -Get more PM Space, Profile Picture, a Signature -Add yourself to Pbxinfo's Frappr -Find Nortel Software

Record all the greetings for the mailbox in question and see if that fixes it. __________________ Thankful for everything...at least today.

Location: Dallas, Texas Rep Power: 5 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | That is the work around I have set up now, all but the recording of the greetings. I just thought I was missing something somewhere, I will go back through what you suggest and make sure I got it right. Thanks, Rick. __________________ -=Welcome to PBXInfo=- -Become a PBXInfo Supporter -Get more PM Space, Profile Picture, a Signature -Add yourself to Pbxinfo's Frappr -Find Nortel Software
