This is a pretty broad question. SIP Trunks are configured as Virtual Trunks, pointing to the Signaling Server. This also then requires a Network Redirect Server to be configured on one of the Signaling Servers in the network, and then an NRS dialplan to be built pointing to registered Gateway Endpoints.
What may seem like a simple question is going to require a bit of research depending on what you have and have not implemented so far. If you canbe more specific with your question, then more specific help can be provided.
If you find yourself saying "What the heck is all that stuff he's talking about" then I strongly suggest you seek someone to assist you locally the first time through. This is not hard to implement, it just takes a bit of planning in the beginning, or you will quickly find yourself painted into a corner that will take a considerable effort to un-engineer. Once you have your feet wet a bit, youcan bang out a complete configuration from start to finish in no time at all.
