Question Number of Rings

Can someone please help?
I have Application Builder where I created an SDN 722.
I have this SDN to automatically transfer out of our PBX and call another PBX.
That is working fine.
The problem is "How do I change it to not ring when the caller calls this SDN? I want it to be transparent".
Example: User calls SDN from outside line and quickly and without ringing, call goes to the other PBXs' announcements.
Right now it rings twice, you hear several clicks, and then after about 8 seconds you hear the other PBXs' announcements.
BTW - I also have that SDN MARPed on an actual phone.

Thanks in advance,
Sarah Kelly

The way you are doing it you can't control the rings....You are dialing out of a PBX to An other PBX.

Dial the Phone # to the other PBX yourself.... it rings 2 times...doesn't it..

Actually it doesn't ring at all.
When I dial directly from my phone, it goes straight to the other PBXs' announcements.

You shouldn't MARP it on a phone... is your phone fna to Call pilot???

you should IDC your SDN directly to Call Pilot..

yes, delete it from the phone.

you can build a phantom port that is DFCW to CallPilot, or IDC (incoming digit conversion) in LD 49

skelly, why do you need appbuilder and SDN wherein you will just want the calls to go out? Had you tried to use simple ACD with NCFW to the next PABX?
