Is there a manual for OTM (Optivity Telephony Manager software)

Try this link. I can't remember if OTM is in there or not, it might be towards the bottom of the page. There is a lot of information in here though.

Go to www.nortel.com/support
Under "Find Products" on the right, click on "A-Z"
Click on "O"
Scroll down to "Optivity Telephony Manager" and click on "Documentation"

This is awesome!!!! I have been looking for instructions on how to use the OTM software, and the PC attendant Console for an Option 11, I hope that I will be able to locate in this documentation!!!!! I will try the two options above!!! Thank you so very much!!!! I hope to find what i need!!!!!

Question Otm Again
I Did Find The Desk Top User Guide For OTM 3.0 Do You Know If It Is The Same For 2.20? Someone said the only difference in the SNMP Traps
