8 fax lines to tie line...

I have a total of 8 numbers that i want to go into a tie line that will go to a fax server. Where would i set this up at? Any help in the right direction would be great.

Your TIE line should be members in a route thus you need a route list index RLI that point to that route (LD 86) before doing your RLI you will need to identify any digit manipulation that needs to take place through a digit manipulation index DMI (also LD 86) after this is complete and you have a valid RLI number that points to the TIE route can you actually point the numbers to it - there are a variety of ways to do this one of which is CDP in LD 87.

Just so we know... is the T1 circuit up and IDLE? Are the trunk settings correct in terms of start arangement and such?

The programming looks good, if you are dealing with a fixed number of digits you can adjust the FLEN prompt to match... that will speed up call processing a bit.

Try tracking from the station that you're making calls from and see where you're getting blocked.
