remote ring for 2250

Meridian Mail 12 - I have a situation where I have a user with only 1 mailbox in his name (I have triple checked this) and when we try to dial by name, it bring up two entries for this user; one with a personal verification recorded (the correct one) and another entry that just spells his name. They both go to the same voice mail box. Any idea why this would happen and how I can fix it?

Check in your "Remote Users" do a search (find) in your "Remote Users/mailboxes" and if you find any instances of your user you can delete them, barring that you do not use that service.

Enhanced trace doesnt work

I found him! He had was also listed as a "Directory Entry User" ... I have no idea how he got there, since we don't use that feature.
