Let's try this...

What type of machine is this and what rls.

1. PRT the DSC
2. PRT the RLI
3. PRT the RDB
4. Set the DCH monitor to MON 2 and capture the msgs.
5. Do the same for a working DSC.

You also may have DN corruption that needs to be removed.

Does anybody know about Carrier Access Code?

In the features and services option 11 book i noticed that 10 is end to end signaling EES? Is it possible for this to be causing this issue and where do I look to see?
